To ensure that your jewels last as long as possible, we recommend you follow the below care information:
- Exposure to water and moisture such as showering, hand washing and swimming can cause jewels to tarnish over an extended period
- Contact with perfume and cosmetic products can damage the gold plating and shorten the life of your jewels
- Delicate jewelry can break during exercise or vigorous activity
- Keep your jewellery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Clean your jewels using a soft polishing cloth
Orders are processed locally in Brisbane, Australia from Monday to Friday (excluding Australian public holidays)

We don’t have the option to exchange your item, but we do offer 14 day returns on items if they match the return criteria for a credit note.

Returns can only be accepted if:

Sale items: All sale items purchased during sale periods are final. We do not offer credit notes on sale items that have been marked down or red penned unless the product is faulty, in which case we will provide a full refund.

Earrings: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns on earrings, unless the item is faulty, in which case we will provide a full refund.
Please note: for quality assurance purposes, all return items will be inspected at our Head Office on return. It remains at the discretion of Ruevae as to whether the item will be accepted for a credit note based on the conditions above.
Shipping and gift-wrapping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.
