Returns
We don’t have the option to exchange your item, but we do offer 14 day returns on items if they match the return criteria for a credit note.
How to return?
Australian Returns
If you’re item matches the above criteria and is eligible for return, please follow the instructions below:
- Email help@ruevae.com with your request and reason for return within 14 days of receiving your order
- We will send you a return label for your order
- Place your items and return slip in a bag or box and stick on the return label. You’re welcome to use the original order packaging, but if you no longer have it, you can use any other bag or box of your choosing.
- Return at an Australia Post service point. Please keep the proof of postage until we confirm that we received the parcel.
- Look out for a return confirmation email from us. It may take up to 14 business days for the item to get back to our warehouse.
- Once your return has been received, checked, and approved by our team your store credit will be processed. Please allow for up to 5 business days.
International Returns
If you’re item matches the above criteria and is eligible for return, please follow the instructions below:
- Email help@ruevae.com with your request and reason for return within 14 days of receiving your order
- Place your items and return slip in a bag or box. You’re welcome to use the original order packaging, but if you no longer have it, you can use any other bag or box of your choosing.
- Return with a carrier of your choosing. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the goods reach our warehouse. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure your return arrives to us safely.
- Look out for a return confirmation email from us.
- Once your return has been received, checked, and approved by our team your store credit will be processed. Please allow for up to 5 business days.
